"Quick and adept assistance"
We encountered a minor issue with the slider, and Shahidul was there to sort out the custom code so it would function on our one-page site. Excellent support, definitely recommend!

"Encountering Issues with Our Site..."
We ran into a snag on our site, and the Element Pack Pro just wasn’t loading right. We sent a ton of emails back and forth with the support crew for a whole month, but nothing seemed to fix the problem.
Finally, I got to chat with Shahidul Islam on the phone, and he was super helpful—he sorted everything out.

"Awesome and speedy support crew"

"Outstanding Service and Determination! Highly Recommend."
We ran into a problem with a BdThemes plugin that just wouldn’t activate. We tried everything we could think of but hit a wall, so we decided to submit a ticket. The support rep who handled our case even shared their WhatsApp number and kept us in the loop with regular updates. After a few days of digging, they discovered the issue was on our end, but they still went ahead and fixed it for us. For their top-notch service and commitment to resolving client issues, I’d give them a 10-star rating if I could!

"BdTheme Purchases Are Definitely Worth It"
I've found that BdThemes creates some really impressive plugins for WordPress and Elementor. Their customer support is top-notch and super fast. I bought ElementPack Pro a couple of years back and have been using it on all my sites since then. Throughout these two years, I've consistently received the support, updates, and fixes I needed whenever I ran into any bugs or issues. Kudos to BdThemes for their great work!

"Company to Avoid"
I renewed my annual business subscription and spent more than a month trying to get the license keys, but no luck. Their support team appeared unable to resolve the problem and eventually stopped replying. Steer clear of this company; they’re just not dependable.

"Incredible support team"

"Appreciative of the enhanced features..."
